Free shipping Free-shipping eligibility is calculated based on the merchandise subtotal before vouchers or promotional discounts are applied. - Dry goods: Free shipping on orders of ¥12,000 or more. - Chilled/cool items – nearby regions: Standard shipping is free on orders of ¥12,000 or more. - Chilled/cool items – distant regions, including Hokkaido: Standard shipping is free on orders of ¥15,000 or more. - Orders of ¥20,000 or more: XUXUMART covers standard shipping and applicable chilled-delivery charges, subject to the applicable conditions. - Okinawa: XUXUMART currently does not ship to Okinawa. Orders requiring temperature-controlled delivery may incur an additional chilled-delivery fee of approximately ¥650. The actual charge may vary depending on the destination, quantity, and type of products and will be confirmed when the order is processed. Packaging and weight limits Dry and chilled products may be packed together when appropriate. The maximum weight per package is approximately 29–30 kg. Orders exceeding this limit may need to be divided into multiple packages and may incur additional shipping charges. Delivery time After payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and packed. As a general guideline: - Order preparation and packing: approximately 1 day - Delivery after shipment: approximately 1–2 days depending on the destination Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the order, destination, weather, or carrier conditions. Delivery time slots Depending on the destination and delivery service, customers may request a preferred delivery time slot. XUXUMART staff will confirm available options while processing the order. Available time slots may include: 9:00–12:00, 12:00–16:00, 14:00–16:00, 16:00–18:00, 18:00–20:00, or 19:00–21:00.
