Example: a frozen (冷凍) parcel to Nationwide: ¥800 base fee + ¥0 surcharge = ¥800.
3. Free shipping
- Ambient: merchandise from ¥12,000
- Chilled (冷蔵): merchandise from ¥20,000
- Frozen (冷凍): merchandise from ¥20,000
Based on the tax-inclusive merchandise total before discounts.
4. Chilled and frozen goods
Each order ships as one parcel at the temperature its coldest item needs.
- At least one frozen item: the whole parcel ships frozen (冷凍, クール便).
- Chilled items and no frozen ones: the whole parcel ships chilled (冷蔵, クール便).
- Dry goods only: an ambient parcel with no cool surcharge.
5. Delivery date and time
Delivery dates cannot be chosen yet; we deliver as soon as possible after confirming payment.

We ship within 1 working days after confirming payment; delivery takes about 2–3 days. Shipping days: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat.
6. Payment
- Bank transfer: Transfer after ordering; transfer fees are yours. Due: 23:59 on day 3 after ordering (Japan time).
- PayPay: Open the PayPay app and pay the order amount. Due within 24 hours of ordering.
We ship after confirming payment. Unpaid orders cancel at 12:00 (Japan time) the day after the deadline. If you paid but the order was cancelled for lateness, the store checks and follows up.
7. Tracking
Once the parcel is with Sagawa, its tracking number appears in your orders and the shipping email.
8. If you are out
Follow Sagawa’s missed-delivery notice (不在連絡票) to rebook delivery.
